CY headpiece
The CY headjoint has a polyconical shape, the mouth hole is undercut in a specific way. This ensures an excellent response and a warm, rich tone and helps beginners quickly produce a beautiful sound . More advanced flautists will appreciate its even, fast response in all pitches.
Keys
All key shapes and placements have been ergonomically designed to ensure a comfortable, natural playing feel. The manufacturing processes have been redesigned from the ground up to achieve significantly improved precision, which not only results in greater mechanical accuracy but also minimizes the need for readjustment over time.
pointed lid- keys
A#, F# and other fingerless keys have pointed key arms. This beautiful button design is inspired by traditional European style.
adjusting screws
The unique Yamaha adjustment screws allow for consistent adjustment and protect against accidental loosening of the screws. The position of the screws has also been adjusted to provide perfect access.
Curved headpiece
