STAGEPAS 200 offers all the features of a high-quality, portable PA system in a remarkably compact, cube-shaped enclosure. In addition to portability and sound quality, it offers extensive functions, intuitive operation and support for bluetooth audio streaming and remote control. Available with an optional battery pack, the STAGEPAS200 is suitable for a variety of applications, from busking to events, parties and speeches.
A high-quality coaxial compression driver (8" LF + 1.4" HF) is powered by a 180-watt Class D amplifier and ensures best-in-class SPL, precise phase response, natural high-frequency radiation and remarkably detailed sound. The integrated digital mixer with five channels (3 Mono microphone/line and 1 stereo line) offers unprecedented flexibility for a compact "one-box" PA system. Each input channel is equipped with Yamaha's proprietary 1-knob EQ/ preset and 1-knob effect controls. Together with the 'Mode' compressor on the main output, the user can easily and intuitively create the desired sound .
The 1-knob EQ/ preset for input channels 1-3 also features a built-in microphone simulator that allows you to set the optimal sound for acoustic guitars with a single controls . A priority ducker reduces the volume of other sources when a microphone or a specific source is used, while an intelligent feedback suppressor automatically eliminates unwanted feedback.
The system is very easy to use. In addition to the onboard controls, Yamaha's iOS/Android app STAGEPAS controllers offers precise, real-time remote control of volume, EQ and effects such as reverb, compression, microphone simulator, ducker and feedback suppressor. Settings can be saved and recalled, significantly reducing setup time and ensuring consistent sound every time. This allows the user to fully concentrate on their performance. And all of this is housed in a enclosure of just 30 cm3.
The flexibility of the system is further increased by the included rubber feet, as the device can be tilted at an angle of 30° or 60°. There is also a 35 mm tripod flange on one side of the housing to operate the system on a standard speaker stand or with a subwoofer and distance rod.
With an operating time of up to 10 hours between charges, the BTR-STP200 battery enables reliable operation of the system even in remote locations where no other power source is available, underlining the motto of the STAGEPAS series "All The World's Your stage". The BTR-STP200 battery is sold separately.
Another option is the CASE-STP200, a special transport case with casters / wheels and a large storage compartment for cable and other accessories, with which the STAGEPAS 200 can be easily and safely transported to any location.
