The Walrus Audio Deepsix V3 is a studio-quality compressor floor pedal. The goal for the developers at Walrus was to create an inexpensive compressor with the sonic genes of the Universal Audio 1176 studio compressor. With the level, Sustain, Attack and Blend controls, the pedal offers enormous versatility and an extremely good price/performance ratio. By doubling the internal tension from 9 to 18 Volt , the pedal offers maximum scope for all sounds and at the same time the typical current consumption of 8.9 mA ensures a long battery life.
