After the UT FET47, United presents another reincarnation of a classic studio microphone with the UT Twin87. With its switchable “Modern” and “ Vintage ” modes , the UT Twin87 combines two historical circuit variants of the original in a single microphone, thus offering maximum sonic flexibility. The RF filter was also designed to be switchable . A meticulously modeled UT K87 capsule as well as the best components and an oversized output transformer make the UT Twin87 a flexible studio all-rounder that does not have to shy away from comparison with its historical role model.
