Crafted from solid Big Leaf Maple, the Taylor 614ce offers an updated version of what musicians know as maple sound with solid Big Leaf Maple bottom and top and a torrefied Sitka Spruce top. This Grand Auditorium guitar has been reworked by guitar expert Andy Powers to create more warmth and openness in the sound . The V-Class bracing inside the guitar provides more volume and sustain. The result is a guitar with a very individual sound that showcases the unique stylistic and technical characteristics of each individual guitarist. A Brown Sugar stain highlights the natural grain of the maple, other features include a Paua/Abalone rosette and Wings fretboard inlays. The 614ce comes with ES2 electronics and a hard case.
