The Schlagwerk Wooden Bongos WBM100 are an independent combination between a cajon and a bongo set. The wooden bongos allow the same playing technique with fingers and hands as with “normal” bongos. The player is rewarded with a warm but very assertive tone on the hembra (the larger of the two drums) - while the macho can easily assert himself as a soloist. The wooden bongos are independent of the weather, do not need to be tuned and also offer a cheap alternative to standard bongo sets.
