The TD-02 series offers the world's best entry-level electronic drum experience at an affordable price. Based on decades of V-Drums innovations, the compact and expressive kits are far more than just the sum of their individual parts. The way everything works together creates a complete musical foundation - from the premium sounds and responsive pads to the built-in practice tools, robust hardware and handy noise reduction features when playing at home. Additionally, expansion options such as bluetooth® for mobile devices, expandable pads and much more are available to expand the setup with original Roland accessories as the drummer's needs evolve.
The TD-02K is the most compact kit in the series. It includes a snare pad, three tom pads, a quiet, stickless kick pedal, three cymbals pads (hi-hat, crash, ride) and a unique, height -adjustable stand that is also suitable for younger players.

Roland was founded as a manufacturer of various music materials and studio technology on April 18, 1972 in Osaka, Japan. Among the earliest products to come onto the market were the first rhythm machines from the TR series, whose successors TR-808, TB-303 and TR-909 had a significant influence on both techno and electro music, as well as hip hop scene. The JC-120 Jazz chorus guitar amplifier was also created in the mid-1970s, and both Andy Summers from The Police as well as Kirk Hammett and James Hetfield from Metallica were audibly impressed by its ultra-clear sound in conjunction with the built-in chorus effect . Since then and to this day, Roland has continuously expanded its catalog with high-quality and interesting products in a wide variety of fields such as digital pianos, groove boxes, e-drums and synthesizers.
