CREATIVITY IN MOTION
The PERFORMER features 7" high torque die-cast aluminum platters with acrylic discs that respond just like vinyl. The discs are magnetically connected to the turntables for consistently precise feedback. In the center of each platter is a high resolution 3.5" LCD screen that displays deck information, moving waveforms, album artwork and library views. The Day Mode option reverses the contrast for a clear view so nothing gets washed out in sunlight.
FADER WITH PRECISION FEEL
In addition to the adjustable MAG FOUR crossfader, the PERFORMER mixer section features 4 redesigned PRECISION FEEL FADERS. These adjustable voltage faders use the same two-rail mechanical system as the MAG FOUR, but in the form of a horizontal fader mounted vertically on the board. This results in an extremely smooth, reliable and consistent response when playing. The faders can be further customized via the onboard menu, giving you the option to flip them and adjust the cut-in curve from 0-100%.
STEMS CONTROL
With 4 unique stem control options, the PERFORMER sets the standard for creative open format DJing.
The PERFORMER features RANE's exclusive STEM SPLIT function that automatically splits the acapella and instrumental sections into 2 mixer channels, giving you the freedom to apply FX to individual elements and create your own flavor. STEM LEVEL turns the 3-band EQ on each channel into control knobs that let you adjust, suppress or boost individual elements.
ADVANCED FX FEATURES
More than 25 paddle-controlled, fully customizable MAIN FX and 4 knob-controlled CHANNEL FX.
This robust FX features traditional classics like reverb and echo , as well as some new additions like scale length Down, Recycler, and Riser.
The entire faders FX suite from the RANE SEVENTY A-TRAK SIGNATURE EDITION mixer has been ported to the PERFORMER. This allows the PRECISION FEEL volume faders to be used as linear controls for roll, pitch and ring modulation. Seamless switching between the built-in hardware effects and Serato 's software effects is possible, providing a variety of options for whatever style you choose.
