The MXR EVH 5150 overdrive is an overdrive pedal that was created in close collaboration with Eddie Van Halen. The pedal delivers the authentic Eddie Van Halen sounds with maximum saturation and extreme high gain. The basis for this is provided by finely tuned multi-stage Mosfets that perfectly produce the sound of overdriven tubes and simulate the entire range of different amplifier and speakers.
