This inspired J. Rockett to bring this sound characteristic to the guitar world - at a fraction of the price of over $30,000.
The J. Rockett team set out to create a compressor that works like a studio compressor , expanding the harmonic spectrum and smoothing transients without crushing the overall sound .
With the Airchild Six Sixty you won't want to stop playing. It extends the sustain without overwhelming the output and adds new facets and a unique character to the sound . The sonic model was Lowell George's slide sounds and Mark Knopfler's singing lead and rhythm sounds.
