The OLED display provides a crystal clear view of channel metering, stereo panning positioning and track names. When editing plugins with your controllers , the D5 allows you to get visual data on plugin and EQ parameters. The display shows the color details of the tracks. (Depending on your DAW transmitting this data via the Mackie control protocol).
