The Ibanez FRH series is designed for guitarists who want nylon string sounds and electric guitar-like playability at the same time. The compact and thin body, excellent access to the high frets and the combination of a narrow 46mm nut and a 400mm fretboard radius contribute to excellent playability. The guitars in the series have less feedback as they do not have a sound hole on the body top, making them perfect for stage and home use. The sound port on the body side allows you to feel and hear the pure acoustic tone of this guitar more clearly and directly.
In their short history, the Ibanez FRH concert guitars have not only impressed amateur guitarists, but also many professional players, such as Scott Le Page and Tim Henson from the instrumental band Polyphia. Tim Henson even got his own signature model with the TOD10-N, which is based on the FRH guitars.
The Japanese instrument manufacturer Ibanez can look back on a long tradition in guitar and bass building. While Ibanez initially stood out with idiosyncratic copies of traditional models from manufacturers such as Gibson and Fender , independent series gradually came onto the market, such as the Iceman, JEM, Artcore and RG. In the 1980s, the manufacturer made a name for itself, especially in the heavy sector, with its instruments that shone with modern features, individual design and excellent playability. Innovations such as the 7- and 8-string guitars, which emerged from the fruitful collaboration with artists such as Joe Satriani, Steve Vai and Meshuggah, did the rest to establish Ibanez 's good reputation. Today the manufacturer offers an extensive range, ranging from entry-level guitars and basses to unusual custom shop models. Ibanez also knows how to impress when it comes to effects devices and amplifier model , as the classic TS9 Tubescreamer proves. With us you will find a comprehensive selection of guitars, basses, amplifiers, effects and accessories from Ibanez.
