Masterful modern craftsmanship and vintage-inspired details come together in the Paramount PS-220E - a delightful combination. The top is made of solid spruce or solid mahogany, the sides and back are also made of solid mahogany. With a new offset X bracing, we have perfected the resonance behavior and tone of the PS-220E. Inside sits a pickup developed by Fender and Fishman . It clearly captures the tight, articulate tone of the new PS-220E Parlor body shape. The controls are discreetly placed in the soundhole without compromising the Vintage aesthetic. There is another pickup inside on the top ; it registers the body vibrations and amplifies them. This signal can be mixed with that of the Sonicore undersaddle pickup as desired. New design details include pearloid inlays in the snowflake fretboard , the feather pattern on the purfling and rosette, a stripe on the back and the pickguard in black or tiger stripes. The PS-220E's bridge and 20-fret fretboard are made of Ovangkol. The mahogany neck has a slim, tapered form, and there are real bone inlays on the nut and in the bridge . Delivery includes hard case
