With the Pre-Wired Stratocaster Pickguards you can customize your sound . Manufactured with premium components in the same factory as Fender's legendary guitars, these pickguards are easy to install. Simply remove your old pickguard, solder the output jack and ground cable, screw in the new pickguard and you're ready to rock with pure Fender sound .
No other pickup delivers the powerful, clean and clear surf rock sound of a mid-'60s Stratocaster guitar like the meticulously crafted, gritty-sounding Pure Vintage '65 Strat pickup. From classic coil construction to original wiring, all Fender Pure Vintage pickup are wound to precise specifications to ensure authentic, traditional Fender tone and power . The reverse-wound, reverse- polarity middle pickup eliminates the 60-cycle hum in positions 2 and 4, giving these positions the classic Stratocaster sound.
