The Fender Nate Mendel FSR Precision Bass RW CAR is the signature model of Foo Fighters bassist Nate Mendel and is based on his '71 Precision Bass, which was the musician's main instrument for years. The electric bass has an ash body and a maple neck with a Slim C profile based on the neck of the '71 Precision Bass. This features a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with medium jumbo frets and a radius of 7.25 inches. The Precision model is equipped with a powerful Seymour Duncan SPB-3 Quarter Pound Split single-coil pickup, which ensures a long sustain. Further highlights include the Leo Quan Badass II bridge, the open Vintage 70s stamped tuning machines and the Candy Apple Red finish with a slightly road worn optics.
