Die Fender American Ultra II Stratocaster Left-Hand verfügt über einen selektierten Erlenkorpus mit geschwungenen Korpuskonturen. Für eine mühelose Bespielbarkeit verfügt der Quartersawn-Ahornhals über ein Modern D-Profil und ein glattes Ultra Satin Finish. Die 10“-14“ Compound-Griffbretter aus Ebenholz oder Ahorn sind mit Ultra Rolled Edges, Medium-Jumbo-Bünden, Luminlay Side Dots und Graph Tech TUSQ Sätteln ausgestattet. Der konisch zulaufende Halsfuß und die geschwungenen Konturen des Korpus ermöglichen einen hervorragenden Zugang zu den hohen Lagen.
Ein Trio von Ultra II Noiseless Vintage Strat-Tonabnehmern liefert alle Sounds von süßen, kristallklaren Cleans bis hin zu scharfen Leads, alles ohne einen Hauch von Brummen. Fenders patentierter S-1™-Schalter schaltet zusätzliche Tonabnehmerkonfigurationen für noch mehr Klangvielfalt frei. Zu den weiteren roadtauglichen Merkmalen gehören ein synchronisiertes 2-Point American Ultra-Tremolo mit Pop-In-Arm, polierte Edelstahl-Blocksättel, ein kaltgewalzter Stahlblock, Deluxe Locking Tuner, Soft-Touch-Knöpfe und ein 1-lagiges eloxiertes Aluminium-Pickguard.
