Expand with digital I-Os
With the iD24's optical inputs and outputs, you're always ready for larger sessions, e.g. B. for recording drums or a live band. Thanks to ADAT and SPDIF, the iD24 can be expanded by up to 8 channels for microphone preamplifiers.
hardware integration – symmetrical inserts
Two symmetrical insert points are available for integrating external outboard effects before conversion. The insert returns also provide direct access to the A/D Converter. This results in the cleanest signal path, suitable for print backs or the integration of external line-level sources. Other possible applications include recording and mixing with hardware devices and using external microphone preamps.
