In our latest video from the blower sector, we got none other than our good friend and long-time customer Eric Plandé in front of the camera.
Eric is a French jazz musician and has had a career on the saxophone spanning over 30 years . His faithful companion has always been the tenor saxophone. His skills with the soprano saxophone and the transverse flute are also among his strengths.

For us today, Eric Plandé talks about the exciting theme of improvisation with the pentatonic blues scale and uses sound examples to illustrate how you can skillfully combine them and thereby make your saxophone playing more varied.
In the video, Eric plays his own Selmer Reference 36 tenor saxophone with a Super King mouthpiece from Dave Guardala and Vandoren Blättchen.
