What tasks do you expect from us?
- Processing and coordination of returns, warranty cases and customer complaints
- Creation of service processes in the ERP system
- Creation of cost estimates, delivery bills, invoices, credit notes and cancellations
- Proactive communication with customers, suppliers and repair service providers
- Close cooperation with customer service
What do we expect from you?
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or corresponding professional experience is an advantage, career changers are also expressly desired
- Experience in working with an ERP system is an advantage
- Fun, sensitivity and a sense of responsibility for first-class customer service
- Enjoy dealing with customers, good communication skills, flexibility, ability to work in a team and reliability
- Product knowledge in the field of musical instruments and accessories is an advantage
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
