What tasks do you expect from us?
- Advice and sales of wind instruments by telephone, e-mail and other modern means of communication as well as in the store in direct discussions with customers
- Recording all sales transactions in the ERP system
- Creation of product-related video content
- Instrument care and maintenance
- Presentation of goods
- Processing checkout transactions
- Putting away goods
- Organizing and tidying up
What do we expect from you?
- Completed commercial vocational training or corresponding professional experience
- Experience in providing sound advice to customers with a focus on closing the sale
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Proactive and communicative approach
- Practical and theoretical knowledge in the area mentioned
- Enthusiasm for working with modern and digital communication technology
- Good handling of the usual Office programs
- Enjoy dealing with customers and instruments, a good way of expressing yourself, flexibility and the ability to work in a team
