We are ambassadors for music, as well as a meeting point for all music enthusiasts in the Rhine-Main-Neckar region - with hand and heart for over 40 years. We are looking for a part-time or full-time employee for our Walldorf (Baden) location as soon as possible:

Customer consultant in sales (m/f/d) Focus on PA (live sound reinforcement, radio links, DJ controllers)

What tasks do you expect from us?

Advice and sales of products in the areas of live sound reinforcement, radio links, DJ controllers by telephone, e-mail and other modern means of communication as well as in the store in direct discussions with customers
Recording all sales processes in the ERP system
Creation of product-related video content
Presentation of goods
Processing checkout procedures
Putting away goods
Organizing and tidying up

What do we expect from you?

Completed commercial vocational training or corresponding professional experience
Experience in providing sound advice to customers with a focus on closing the sale
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
Proactive and communicative approach
Practical and theoretical knowledge in the area mentioned
Practical and theoretical knowledge in the area mentioned
Enthusiasm for working with modern and digital communication technology
Good handling of the common Office programs
Enjoy dealing with customers and instruments, a good way of expressing yourself, flexibility and the ability to work in a team
