Customer consultant (m/f/d) in sales specialising in drums & percussion

What tasks do you expect from us?

Consultancy and sale of acoustic and electronic drums, percussion instruments and accessories
and accessories
Instrument care and maintenance
Presentation of goods
Recording all sales transactions in the ERP system/li>
Processing of checkout transactions
Putting away goods
Organising and tidying up

What do we expect from you?

Completed vocational training as a music retailer (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification training
Practical and theoretical knowledge of drums, percussion and accessories
Good handling of the usual Office programmes
Willingness to work on Saturdays
Enjoy dealing with customers and instruments, a good way of expressing yourself, flexibility, the ability to work in a team and the willingness to deepen specialist knowledge
