Customer advisor (m/f/d) in sales focus: electric guitars and basses

What tasks do you expect from us?

Advice and sales of electric guitars and basses by telephone, e-mail and other modern means of communication as well as in the store in direct discussions with customers
Recording all sales transactions in the ERP system
Creation of product-related video content
Instrument care and maintenance
Presentation of goods
Processing cashier transactions
Clearing goods
Order and clean-up activities

What do we expect from you?

Independent and structured work
Proactive and communicative actions
Practical and theoretical knowledge in the mentioned area
Practical and theoretical knowledge of other product groups is very advantageous
Enthusiasm for working with modern and digital communication technology
Good handling of common office programs
Enjoy dealing with customers and instruments, good expression, flexibility and the ability to work in a team
