With the V1 series, the British boutique Victory Amps is expanding its product range to include high-quality distortion and booster pedals . The V1 series effects pedals were developed in collaboration with award-winning pedal manufacturer Adrian Thorpe (ThorpyFx). The collaboration allowed Victory Amps to draw on Adrian Thorpe's wealth of experience and the various intricacies of design ethics while combining it with their amplifier manufacturing know-how.

The entire series is Made in the UK and, like the rest of the Victory Amps portfolio, is handcrafted by absolute specialists. The five different distortion and booster pedals are designed to simply emulate the distortion characteristics of the popular all-tube amplifiers. The developers have managed to retain the uncompromising victory sound of The Sheriff, The Kraken, The Duchess, The Jack and The Copper and combine them in compact solid-state stompboxes .
