Novation is sending the successful Launchkey series into its fourth round. To meet the different needs of musicians and producers, the creative controller keyboard is available in six different sizes. Whether you opt for the compact 25-key version or prefer the extended 61-key version, the Launchkey MK4 series offers you a powerful all-in-one controller for your DAW. All models in the series are equipped with a synthesizer keyboard, high-quality velocity-sensitive keys and 16 innovative FSR pads that are perfect for finger drumming, launching clips and much more. The latest generation of the Launchkey series allows you to unleash your creativity, whether in your DAW, with hardware synthesizers or on your iPhone and iPad. Advanced chord, scale and arpeggio modes help you stay in key and make your playing even more expressive - supported by a crisp OLED display that gives you detailed feedback.

Optimized DAW integration
The Launchkey MK4 series is compatible with all major DAWs and offers seamless integration specifically for Ableton Live, Logic, Cubase, Reason Studios, Reaper, FL Studio and Ardour. You get hardware-based workflows that give you complete control over transport functions, timeline navigation, mixing, EQ, clip launching, instrument and effect parameters. When using Session View in Ableton Live or Live Loops in Logic, the 16 drum pads take over the clip launch function, accompanied by RGB backlighting that perfectly matches what's on your screen.
Advanced creative tools
The Launchkey MK4 Series' creative features are built right into the hardware, so they work seamlessly in your DAW, with your hardware synthesizers or on mobile devices. Scale mode allows you to set your keyboard to one of 30 different scales to avoid wrong notes or map all notes to the white keys only. Fixed chord mode allows you to play full chords with just one keystroke. New chord mappings allow you to create emotional progressions using the pads on the Launchkey. The improved arpeggiator makes it easier than ever to vary your sequences and continuously develop new ideas.
Beyond the computer
With the Launchkey MK4 series' mini-jack MIDI output, you can easily connect your hardware synthesizers without having to use a DAW. Combined with Components and custom mappings, you can control the most important functions directly from the keyboard. Launchkey MK4 Series controllers are USB-powered and class-compliant, so they're fully compatible with a wide range of music apps for iPhone and iPad - including Novation's free Launchpad app.
Individual customization with custom modes

The Launchkey MK4 controllers are not limited to their standard functions. With the free Components software, you can configure them to suit your needs - whether you want to set them up for your software or hardware. You can save up to four custom mappings for the pads and encoders and recall them directly from the hardware to send the desired notes, MIDI CCs or program change commands.
For finger drumming, the Launchkey MK4 series brings our patented FSR pressure-sensitive drum pads with polyphonic aftertouch. These pads are equipped with radial sensors that increase sensitivity and ensure consistent and precise performance. They can also be configured to trigger chords or single notes with polyphonic aftertouch.

The Launchkey MK4 series includes everything you need to start making music right away. With Ableton Live 12 Lite, you can record up to eight MIDI or audio tracks and use a variety of instruments, effects and creative tools - perfectly matched to Launchkey.
