This year too, we made our way to Guttenstetten with a small team to report to you first-hand and pretty much as the first address in German-speaking countries about the new products from Ibanez .
As in previous years , Olli roams the hallowed halls of Ibanez and throws together with the product specialist Daniel keep an eye on the most important new models and series. We'll show you what highlights are waiting for you this year live and in color / finish in our amusing videos 😉
Ibanez news 2025: Electric guitars in all shapes and price ranges
Much to Olli's delight, there are of course many new electric guitars to discover this year. In Gutenstetten, we were able to marvel at new products from the AZ, RG and Artcore series, among others. From classic semi-hollow guitars to modern metal boards, everything a guitarist's heart desires is once again on display. In terms of price, everyone is sure to find what they are looking for, as there is a whole range of new models from affordable to high-quality
The AZ series is being expanded to include several models and new colors; these guitars are aimed primarily at fans of classic ST-style guitars who like the vintage look but don't want to do without modern features. The RG series is also becoming more colorful this year. This year, the popular hard rock and metal guitars are not only available in classic black, but also in many eye-catching colors such as Roadster Orange Metallic or Electric Blue.

Ibanez news 2025: Electric basses
There are also some interesting new models in the bass range, including from the Soundgear (SR) series as well as the EHB and BTB series. The Soundgear series once again offers something to suit every bassist in terms of price, with the SR3500-BK even including a premium model with an elegant black finish. Another highlight are the two headless basses EHB1135MS-SKL and EHB1675MS-NTF, which stand out with their eye-catching grain and matching finish.

Ibanez news 2025: Acoutics
A fresh breeze is also blowing through the acoustic guitar and ukulele ranges. The AE, AEG and Advanced Acoustic series are growing. Among other guitars, we can look forward to two acoustic 7-string models (!), which are even surprisingly affordable. There are also new colors and designs for the acoustic guitars, e.g. the Black Out finish in combination with black hardware, which could persuade some metal guitarists to equip themselves with an acoustic guitar. The range also includes two new AUP guitarleles, which have been specially designed by Ibanez to offer professional players the perfect stage ukulele.
