The new features of the Fender Player II series:
The special features of the new Fender Player II electric basses are the numerous updates that take the playing feel, sound and look to the next level. We'll tell you briefly and concisely what makes the new electric basses special.

Pickup Update
First of all, there are the revised Alnico pickups for rich output. They deliver more definition, character and punch - regardless of whether you're looking for rich, warm bass or crisp highs.

Improved playability
Another special feature is the new “Rolled Fingerboard Edges”. These rounded edges ensure a well-rehearsed, smooth playing feel straight out of the box, so that you immediately feel comfortable.

New hardware
On top of this, the Player II series has been given improved hardware that ensures more precise intonation and stable tuning. This makes the 4-string and 5-string models in the series perfect for stage and studio.

Colors & Finishes
Last but not least, the look of a Fender bass should not be neglected: Whether classic Fender vibes in Black, Polar White and 3-Tone Sunburst or modern finishes such as Aquatone Blue, Birch Green and Hialeah Yellow - you decide which style suits you best.
Timeless classics, redefined
We reveal what the Player II series has to offer.

Precision-Bass
The P-Bass is considered the forefather of the electric bass. The foundation of countless hits since the 1950s. Powerful, direct, assertive - if you want to make a statement, this is your bass.

Jazz-Bass
The J-Bass was born in 1960 in response to the changing musical landscape. A slender neck, crisp trebles, rich basses - perfect for those who want to shine with feeling and technique.

Mustang-Bass
The Mustang is considered the rebel among Fender basses. Since the late 60s, it has brought its characteristic short-scale punch to music - from the garage rock of the 70s to the indie sound of the 2000s.
