The AC series guitars stand for comfort, elegance and excellent sound and are Eastman's flagship series in the area of acoustic guitars. Selected tonewoods paired with ergonomic features and the high-quality workmanship typical of Eastman make the AC instruments very special eye-catchers.
Almost all instruments in the AC series are Grand Auditorium models , only ACTG-1 is a travel- format auditorium model . Each model is constructed entirely solid , the tops of the inexpensive 100 and 200 models are made of Sitka spruce or cedar and the body is made of sapele or ovangkol . Mahogany and rosewood are used in AC guitars in the mid-range price range.
Eastman has completely revised the AC series and supplemented it with new premium models : the AC522CE, AC622CE and AC722CE models have rounded edges and an ergonomic armrest , which takes the fun of making music to a new level . A sound port has also been integrated into the upper rib . These guitars also use high-quality woods such as Engelmann spruce, maple and koa . Special finishes such as Dakota Fade and Goldburst, combined with unusual rosettes and bindings, ensure a particularly elegant look .
